05 / VERIFICATION
Open, compare, record.
- Find the strongest available source. Prefer current official, institutional or publisher records.
- Open the page. Search snippets are discovery aids, never the final evidence.
- Match the exact fact. Record what the source states, and what it does not state.
- Cross-check high-risk claims. Dates, nudity rules, consent, closures and identity claims need a second source or an explicit uncertainty state.
- Stamp
lastVerifiedAt. The date means the cited source was reopened, not that every fact was newly investigated.
06 / ORIGIN STATUS
A claim is not an origin.
ESTABLISHED- Supported by suitable contemporary or independent records.
ATTRIBUTED_CLAIM- A named source makes the claim; the site attributes it.
UNPROVEN- Inventor, place or date cannot be established from located evidence.
NOT_APPLICABLE- No origin claim is needed for the record.
CFNMの命名者・発祥地・初出年は現在 UNPROVEN です。自己申告資料を「独立した裏付け」に格上げしません。
07 / IMAGE RIGHTS
No image without a rights record.
This phase is text-first and adds no image. A future image must record rights status, rights holder, license or permission basis, source URL, check date and meaningful alt text. UNVERIFIED images stay unpublished; removal wins over decoration when rights are disputed.
今回は画像を追加しません。将来の画像は、権利状態、権利者、ライセンス／許諾根拠、出典URL、確認日、代替テキストを権利台帳に記録し、未確認画像は公開しません。
08 / CORRECTION & REMOVAL
Correct visibly; remove when safety requires it.
- Correct factual errors after re-opening the primary evidence.
- Mark conflicts, silence and uncertainty instead of filling gaps by inference.
- Remove identifying or intimate material when consent, age, privacy or rights are unclear.
- Remove obsolete travel claims from current discovery while preserving a clearly labelled historical record when safe.
- Prioritize credible requests from the subject, rights holder, operator or public authority.
09 / CHANGELOG
Material changes leave a trace.
Each material edit records the date, plain-language summary, editor identity and supporting source URLs. Silent typo and layout fixes may be grouped; changes to classification, verified state, rules, sponsorship or origin status are always explicit.
分類、verified状態、規則、スポンサー状態、originStatusの変更は、日付、変更概要、編集者、根拠URLを明示します。スポンサーは変更履歴や検証履歴を上書きできません。
