Local rules come before assumptions.

1. Check the exact zone

Pool, sauna, shower, changing room and relaxation area can each have a different clothing rule. Do not extend one sign to another room.

2. Treat unknown as unknown

If the official source does not state nudity, swimwear or towel use, ask the venue. Do not copy another facility’s custom.

3. Wash as instructed

Some pools require an undressed shower before swimwear bathing; other venues use different sequences. Follow the posted local instruction.

水着で入る前に脱衣洗身を求めるプールもありますが、手順は施設ごとに異なります。現地表示に従ってください。

4. Keep devices away

Unless a venue expressly permits it, do not photograph or record in changing, shower, bath, sauna or rest areas. A phone ban can include smart watches.

施設が明示的に許可しない限り、更衣・シャワー・浴場・サウナ・休憩区域で撮影や録音をしません。端末禁止にはスマートウォッチを含む場合があります。

5. Protect consent and privacy

Public bathing is not an invitation for sexual attention. Avoid staring, commentary and unwanted contact; leave and notify staff if safety is at risk.

公衆浴場は性的な注目を向ける場ではありません。凝視、品評、望まれない接触を避け、安全上の問題があれば退出してスタッフへ伝えてください。

6. Recheck age and schedule

Family hours, adult-only zones and swimsuit days can change. Guardians should use the venue’s current non-sexual family guidance.

家族利用時間、成人限定区域、水着着用日は変更され得ます。保護者は施設の現行の非性的な家族利用案内に従ってください。
