Germany: zone-specific textile rules ドイツ：区域ごとに異なるテキスタイル規則
The three verified examples do not support one rule for every German venue. They show a recurring split between swimwear bathing zones and textile-free sauna zones, plus stricter covering and device rules outside the wet rooms.

A mixed spa whose official FAQ prohibits swimwear, requires a robe outside saunas and pools, and bans camera-capable devices.
